Ashley Lee's classes emphasize proper technique and placement. Her Jazz classes start with an athletic warm-up to train young dancers into strengthening proper muscle groups needed for body control. The warm-up will be followed by a deep stretch and conditioning sequence involving core exercises. Classes are meant to help dancers develop an understanding of body placement, enhance your overall strength and flexibility while having lots of fun! Ms. Ashley trained extensively with Ms. Tiffani Francy and follows a very similar class layout. Jazz 3, 7-11 yrs.
