Welcome to the registration page at Danceology!

Please view, download, and return the forms that apply to your child lessons at Danceology. Drop off your forms to the front desk personel at Danceology. Be sure to view the department page of your child’s lesson type such as Dance, DPC, and Tiny Tots so you know the class dress codes, what to bring for your child’s lessons and other important information.
