Tuition is based on the number of class hours taken per week during a class session.  Tuition is a fixed rate that does not change based on the number of weeks per month, holiday closures, or absences.  See tuition fees for current pricing.

Danceology offers three payment and class reservation options:

* SESSION PRE-PAY:  5% discount if pre-paid by the first day of the class series.  No refunds on pre-paid tuition.  By choosing this option you will NOT be able to cancel your enrollment or tuition for the entirety of the session.

*  INSTALLMENTS BY AUTOMATIC PAYMENT:  Each session’s tuition will be divided into equal payments to be paid by the first of every month of the session.  Once you have chosen this payment option you are responsible for the entirety of the session.  By choosing this option you will have a reserved spot in the class for the session.  Statements will not be mailed.  All electronic debits will be reflected in the monthly bank statement that corresponds with your financial institution account. All payments will be charged on the first of the month. 

*  PER CLASS:  $18.00 per class fee.  By choosing this option you will NOT have a reserved spot in your class and therefore may not be able to participate if reserved enrollment is full.  Students that register for classes after the start of a month will be charged a pro-rated tuition.

We accept payment by Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card and American Express.  There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

MAKE-UP POLICY

Families are responsible for the full session’s tuition, regardless of attendance. Students are encouraged to make-up the class they have missed. Missed classes are non-transferable and will not be applied to the next session.

TUITION AND CLASS CANCELLATION

No refunds on paid tuition or missed classes.  One month’s WRITTEN notice prior to terminating enrollment is required or TUITION WILL BE CHARGED.  WE WILL NOT TAKE VERBAL CANCELLATIONS!  A CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE SUBMITTED AND CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE FRONT DESK.

* Family Discount:  Class series tuition is calculated upon a per person amount.  Families with more than one registered member will receive an additional 10% off total family tuition.

* Registration and Fees:  Students register once per year.  A non-refundable registration fee must be included with the completed and signed registration form.  There are additional fees for participation in annual Recital and Company shows, performance costumes, competitions, and other special classes, programs and performances.
